Child and Teen Group Therapy Application

Anxiety and OCD can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to! Group therapy is an effective way to cope with anxiety by learning coping strategies that are supported by decades of research while also gaining support from peers and an opportunity to practice learned skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

In an effort to provide each group member with the time and attention they deserve, our groups are limited to 8 members.
