Our Mission
Join our mission to alleviate suffering and promote hope through compassionate, personalized, evidence-based care.
Our Values
Trust
We believe in unwavering integrity and that our actions today define our legacy tomorrow. We believe in dependability and honored commitments. We believe in taking responsibility for our actions and pausing to learn from our mistakes. We believe in assuming the best in others and making it easy for others to assume the best in us. We believe in practicing our values rather than simply professing them and that actions speak louder than words.
Equity
We believe that everyone has the right to dignity and respect; everyone deserves a seat at the table. We celebrate diversity and actively work to create an environment that supports every team member in bringing their whole, authentic selves to work and reaching their highest potential. We believe in overcoming stigma and breaking down barriers to make evidence-based treatment more accessible to everyone throughout our community.
Humility
We believe in serving others through work that matters and allowing our accomplishments to speak for themselves. We believe that we all have something to contribute, and when we take the time to listen and engage, we all have something to learn. We believe in grace and treating others with unconditional kindness, even on their worst days.
Excellence
We believe in a higher bar; in going the extra mile. We believe in decision-making anchored in the integration of research, clinical experience, and self-awareness. We believe in continuously assessing our competencies and limitations; in seeking guidance from the wisdom of others. We believe in challenging our own beliefs and assumptions and being open to new ideas and ways of thinking. We believe in promoting an environment where creativity and innovation are celebrated and challenging the status quo is expected.
Joy
We believe that work can and should be fun. We believe in open doors, laughter, and endless reasons to celebrate. We believe in enthusiastically bringing out the best in others. We believe in the practice of gratitude. We believe in resiliency in the face of adversity.
Collaboration
We believe in community and that we are better together. We believe in respectful feedback, courageous vulnerability, and collaborative problem-solving. We believe in leading by example. We believe in looking for opportunities to give credit when credit is due and honoring others. We believe there is strength in asking for help. We believe that open and direct communication is essential to respect. We believe in talking to others rather than about others and that some words are best left unspoken.
